EBCO General Contractor, Ltd. started as a branch of EBCO Development (est. 1984) that has
taken root and has developed a life of its own. EBCO General Contractor, Ltd.’s personalized service
and quality construction standards resulted in the development of strong customer relationships, repeat
business, and an reputation for honesty, integrity, and timely completion of projects. Today EBCO's building
projects include, but not limited to, hospitality, healthcare, schools, prison and court facilities, manufacturing,
distribution centers, restaurants, and multi-family developments.

- EBCO TIMELINE
- 1982 – Two original partners team up to form a framing company.
- 1984 – The framing company incorporates with a name of EBCO Development.
- 1996 – EBCO Commercial, Inc. was formed to build commercial construction projects.
- 2002 – EBCO Commercial, Inc. purchased a majority position with Warrior Builders to form a sister company called
EBCO Warrior, Ltd.
- 2003 – EBCO Commercial, Inc. and EBCO Warrior, Ltd. Merged to form EBCO General Contractor, Ltd.
- 2005 – EBCO Advanced Building Systems, Ltd., a new and separate company was formed to build multifamily projects.
